I have always loved books ever since my 5th grade teacher gave me The Little House on the Prarie and I haven't stopped reading since. Being an author was never really something I thought about doing growing up. There were never characters constantly chattering in my head (there still isn't, thank you aphantasia). There were never worlds building themselves, begging to host different love stories.
But in 2022, when I bought a ticket for a bookish ball my life changed. Not even a year later, Grace and Malcolm and the world of Breaking, Gracefully was born. Now, I can't imagine my life without writing. I'll forever be grateful to that one spontaneous decision and all the ways it led me here.

Home DIY/Building things (I love building custom bookcases)Relationships and connection are such an important part of life. It's what keeps me reading, to explore those moments between two people. I fully believe that our entire purpose in life is to love people and be loved in return. Not just in romantic ways, but in platonic ways as well. Being able to delve into characters as they go through the journey of building a new connection is really special and I love getting to meet these fictional people.
